Terms of Service

1. General Information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital products, Minecraft plugins, and services ("Products") provided by ProWeb Solutions / Iced Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

  • Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Products on a single Minecraft server or server network owned by you.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, leak, or share the Products (including source code or compiled JAR files) with any third parties.
  • You may modify the configuration files, but decompiling, reverse engineering, or claiming the Products as your own work is strictly prohibited.

3. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. By downloading the Product, you explicitly consent to the execution of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, thereby waiving your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. We do not offer refunds unless a Product is fundamentally defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Support & Updates

We provide technical support and updates on a best-effort basis. While we strive to keep our Products compatible with the latest Minecraft versions, we do not guarantee indefinite support, maintenance, or updates for any Product. Support is provided exclusively through our official Discord server.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our Products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall we be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, player data corruption, or revenue loss arising out of the use or inability to use our Products. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your server.

6. Account & Access Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Products and our support channels without notice or refund if you violate these Terms (e.g., by leaking the plugin, initiating a chargeback, or engaging in abusive behavior towards our staff or community).
